Joe Schmid, CPA, CGMA, CVA

Joe has over 40 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. A graduate of Le Moyne College and a Certified Public Accountant, Joe has served in various roles throughout his career, including over 15 years in a CFO/Controller position. Joe’s experience spans several industries such as energy, including solar, electric and gas utilities (both investor owned and municipal systems), and oil and gas exploration, as well as media, software development, bioscience, and non-profit. Joe has also been an adjunct professor at local community colleges for over 20 years.
